The iSPOT®​ Environmental Sensor is an easy to deploy temperature and humidity sensor that monitors the conditions of temperature sensitive cargo. This sensor is used together with the iSPOT® iScout which acts as a master device capable of providing location and security information on top of the temperature and humidity data from the iSPOT® Environmental Sensor. Multiple sensors can be placed within the conveyance while one master device is secured on the outside to provide monitoring. With its configurable sensing and reporting interval, the battery life of the iSPOT® Environmental Sensor can range from 3 – 6 months on one full charge.

The iSPOT® Electronic Cargo Tracking System (ECTS)  has been designed to meet the highest standards of security for cargo. This platform provides end to end secure tracking together with the ability to show the temperature and humidity conditions of the conveyance for temperature sensitive cargo. The ECTS will provide valuable insight on the security status of the conveyance when on a trip and provide real time temperature alerts when the iSPOT® Environmental Sensor is used to detect temperature excursions. Temperature records can be viewed in graphical format to see the end to end journey.

The ATLAS® Temperature Sensor is a compact temperature and humidity sensor that can be placed into trucks, temperature control boxes for temperature sensitive cargo. With its long battery life of up to 2 years, it can be reused multiple times for your tracking needs. The ease of use comes from the easy readability using a smart phone (Android) that has Bluetooth 4.1 and above capability which also offers location data with every record if GPS is turned on. This eliminates the use of costly proprietary readers in operations and additional data beyond temperature.

The ATLAS® Temperature platform allows users to track the temperature and humidity conditions of temperature sensitive cargo whilst in transit. Users can easily create trips with conveyances on the web platform and assign temperature sensors using the mobile app. Temperature thresholds can be set by users and alerts can be sent via both email and the platform should the cargo have a temperature excursion. The milestone checking functionality of the mobile app allows users to flag an excursion at different checkpoints in the chain of custody to avoid delivering products that have been compromised. Temperature reports can be viewed on the platform for audit purposes.
